Dear Margaux,
We love you BIG. You complete our family. You are our dream come true. I am soaking up every minute with you because I know that babies don’t keep. You communicate with us by making a little shriek noise. Instead of crying in the morning, I hear your shriek noise and I know that you are awake & ready for the day. You like to army crawl & roll to get the things you want, mainly sister’s toys. Speaking of sister, she loves you so deep. During prayer time she said,
“Out of all the things God made, my favorite is my sister.”
My heart melted. I hope y’all will continue to grow as best friends. I, sometimes, feel guilty that you are unable to see or do the things your sister did at your age since we have been in a pandemic. I know that sounds silly… you’re only 7 months, but I think of all the things we did during Eloise’s first year and get sad for you. Then, I look at you and you are smiling and just loving time with mommy, daddy, and sissy.
Margaux, I hope you will always know how much you are loved. We have an amazing support system that will always be there for us and you. I hope you know that you will never be too much or too little, you are enough as you are. I pray that you will always stand up for what you believe in, that you will always know whose you are, and will accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
Love,
Mommy
